If you have forgotten your password, we can send you a new one by email. Enter either your
user name or the email address that you registered with Forkd, and we'll do the rest.
Note: If you have more than one account registered to the same email address, typing
that email address into the box will cause all those accounts to have their password reset,
and you will receive a separate email for each account. If you type a specific user name instead, only that
account will have its password reset.
