This is the closest recipe I know to the cilantro-lime rice like you get at Chipotle restaurants. I based this recipe off of a recipe that I found at recipeview.com
Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 2 cups cooked rice
- ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- ¼ tsp salt
Preparation
Put hot rice into mixing or serving bowl.
Add all other ingredients and toss until well mixed.
