Description (Some HTML is OK)

Yummy fish!!

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 2 large pieces of cod loin (make sure you use really fresh cod otherwise it may be too watery during cooking)
  • 4 -6 slices of parma ham (buy your parma ham fresh from the deli counter rather than a packet as it will be larger sized slices and easier to use)
  • 4 -8 Sage leaves

Preparation (Some HTML is OK)

Pre heat over to Gas mark 6
Cut each cod loin in half.
Lay parma ham slice on chopping board. Put cod and sage leaf (sage is optional) on the ham and wrap the ham around the fish so it is parceled up.
Repeat for rest of fish.
Put cod on non-stick oven tray and bake for 20 mins.
Serve with salad or mash potatoes and green veg. Is also really nice with lemon and dill sauce.
