This is a really delicious dish, no, let me emphasise. A really really delicious dish! It's not very spicy, so feel free to add some chilis or white pepper for some more schwung, but this is not at all necessary to make this simple and extremely successful dinner!

The ultimate ciabatta - bacon, mozzarella etc by Kyrea

My favourite sandwich by a mile... also works well as a panini, minus the lettuce and mayo. I also sometimes substitute pesto for the cranberry for a change, or you could use chicken instead of (or as well as, if you wanted to be really decadent!) bacon.
