Cajun Fried Egg Sandwich
by
mrtom2985
OK so it's barely worthy of an entire recipe to itself, but I thought I would share with the world a tasty snack you can make very quickly, even if your cupboards are practically bare. Just a small twist on a fried egg, but makes all the difference in my opinion. Might just be exactly what you fancy...

Chicken Biryani

by

This chicken biryani is the best that I've found. I think that it originated in one of Madhur Jaffrey's books, but I've made some adaptations over the years. It can be served either with a vegetable curry or a simple tomato/red onion/coriander salad. Don't be put off by the time taken to make this ...

Ginger and Pepper Rice

A really fresh and spicy rice dish. The ginger and peppercorns both provide a sharp heat that makes a perfect foil for a rich chilli based dish.

Chicken Broth with Kale and Pork
(3)
by
winjer
A tasty, easy and low-carb recipe adapted from Nigel Slater's recipe in the Guardian. Use good stock for this recipe - just like a ramen the quality of the stock contributes a lot. That said, fresh supermarket stock is certainly good enough.

Baked Thai Red Curry Chicken with Coriander Chutney
(2)
by
winjer
Another Delia, but this one is so simple it's hardly a recipe at all. Surprisingly delicious. Does require marinading though, so check the instructions. Any old Thai Red Curry Paste will do, we used Tesco's.

Easy Grilled Chicken Tikka

by
DebbieT
Delicious Indian-style chicken tikka. Dry and spicy - perfect for serving with chutney, rice and naan or as a starter. Warning: For the best flavour, you need to marinade the chicken for at least 4 hours.

Lazy Pasta with Tomato and Chicken

The old standby when I have food in the house but I'm too lazy to think of something interesting to do with it.

Sweet Chili Orange Dipsauce
(1)
by
Tora
This is an extremely nice supplement with thai food, it's got a bit of an asian "zing". Things like spring rolls or really anything with crunch. Finger food in any variety is perfect with this sauce, but pork and chicken are the best. The preparation time is a little inaccurate, it can take more or ...
