A great winter warmer recipe. Get this one out when you've got people over and the snow is flying.

Roast Winter Colour

Joined a organic vegetable box scheme and don't know what to do with all the beetroots and carrots? This roasted vegetables dish is a sweet accompaniment that goes well with new potatoes and fish. You can also do with with peppers and courgettes, but reduce the cooking time a bit.

The supermarkets always have left over pumpkins at Halloween. Great for autumn and winter.

Great winter warmer. Remember that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Adapted from a Quaker Oats recipe.

Chicken Broth with Kale and Pork

A tasty, easy and low-carb recipe adapted from Nigel Slater's recipe in the Guardian. Use good stock for this recipe - just like a ramen the quality of the stock contributes a lot. That said, fresh supermarket stock is certainly good enough.
